Exercise in Interviewing: Practice and Scalability

During methods class on February 2, 2026, we discussed the text “Some Problems with Scale” (from “The Mushroom at the End of the World” by Anna Lowenhaupt Tsing). Afterwards, we conducted interviews with each other in groups of three regarding our personal practice and how we feel about scale in relation to it. Our groups consisted of Lea, Sibyl and Youjung. We all thought about possible interview questions, then discussed them together and settled on a set of six, with the option ask follow-up or clarification questions.
