I worked at a brand and visual designer for a premium grocery delivery platform. It was one of the domains that I wanted to work for because I loved browsing through the feed on delicious ingredients. But in a competitive and fast paced e-commerce industry, you have to keep on producing in order to survive.  
I worked at Kurly a premium grocery shopping app. I loved browsing through this app and buying things. I loved making newsletters and contents on gastronomy. I enjoyed making packaging for food. But as the app service industry became more and more saturated, it wasn't about user experience but more like user extraction to gain more profit in the limited market. Since it is such a fast paced industry, there was no time for reflection but to keep on the mode of production. Also mismatch of what the company values outside and how it acutaly works inside, delivery workers quitting their job due to high workload, all paper challenge which is a total scam and toxic working culture.
