Maurice from Buitenplaats will visit the rehearsal of the public moment on Nov (at 14:00) to check/confirm that XPUB would be a good fit for hosting at Buitenplaats. If this goes ahead, we should visit as a group. We should make a final decision early April.

Budget

• 2000 EUR for production + publication

Questions

• Can budget be used to pay performers?

possible but a model agreement must be made/signed. might be a way to go around the agreement.

Publication

• Sessions with Manetta / prototyping will focus on publication

Printing Problems (not specific to gradshow but notes here ;)

• Gathered student names & numbers and communicated with service desk... Now have a list of students.
• Proposal: if nothing happens in coming week, they slowly queue up... 20 or more students.
• SELECT FROM MASTERS BUDGET FAILS FOR SOME STUDENTS.
• Alessia told that she's need credit, but doesn't seem to be the case.
