-As gossip is portrayed negatively and painted as empty chit-chatting, in the same way rage and hatred are seen as despicable, venomous, and perilous feelings that must be avoided. Nevertheless, their intrinsically anti-institutional, disruptive, and disobedient nature makes these sentiments the key force powering all decentralized, critical, informal organizing.
