This thesis explores the concept(s) of Magic as a mode of thought within (ritual )Magic practices expressed through visual and narrative art.
Chapter #1 ✧ Magic
The first chapter will be a form of literature review, defining terms, literary examples and analyzing references to introduce the topics of Magic, it's relation to art, magic systems and other relevant terms and concepts.
Chapter #2 ✧ Magic Systems
The second chapter will concern itself with a deeper analysis of relevant references and examples. In addition, it will aim to explore, compile and categorize reference example through the lens of magic systems and (functional) protocols for practical application.
Chapter #3 ✧ Protocols for Magic
The third chapter effectively connects the previous section to the graduation project. Describing prototype magic system ideas, process, execution and reflection.
