	In the interviews Sibyl, Youjung and Lea did ~~with each other~~, the term ''curiosity'' came up a lot. While all three of us are struggling to see a perspective of scale in our practice, we are very motivated to stay curious. Having many different influences—that can be personal topics of interests, or other people and communities—is crucial to "growing" our practices and stay in engaged in what we are working on.		In the interviews Sibyl, Youjung and Lea did, the term ''curiosity'' came up a lot. While all three of us are struggling to see a perspective of scale in our practice, we are very motivated to stay curious. Having many different influences—that can be personal topics of interests, or other people and communities—is crucial to "growing" our practices and stay engaged in what we are working on.
